Delivery optoins depend on many different factors including venue, city, timing and demand, there are many different combinations of delivery methods that may be offered during the ticket purchasing process.
The following delivery methods may be offered, subject to additional restrictions.
- Standard Mail - for events that occur in Canada or the United States.
- eTickets - for events that occur in Canada or the United States if the venue has installed and enabled equipment necessary to support this technology.

Will Call - for events that occur in Canada or the United States.
UPS - for events that occur in Canada, but only for purchasers who use a Canadian or United States billing address (RESIDENTIAL & BUSINESS STREET ADDRESSES).
- Retail Outlet Pickup - for events that occur in Canada, tickets may be picked up at 220 MacEwan Student Centre, 2500 University Drive, NW, Calgary, Alberta.
- UPS - for events that occur in the Untied States, but only for purchasers who use a United States billing address.
Retail Outlet Pickup - No additional charge Pick at 220 MacEwan Student Centre, 2500 University Drive, NW, Calgary, Alberta. You must present your order number, a picture I.D. and the credit card used to place the order. The cardholder must be present in order to pick up the tickets.
Regular Mail - Your tickets will be delivered by regular mail and should be received no later than 5 business days prior to your event. If you require your tickets sooner, please select a more appropriate delivery method.
Will Call No additional charge Tickets may be picked up at the venue Box Office Will Call window by the credit card holder only with the purchasing credit card and valid photo ID. Subject to a 2 business day waiting period unless the event is occurring within that time or unless otherwise specified in the event information. No additional Delivery Price. Will Call pick at shows is usually very busy, please arrive early. Please note that Box Office Will Call tickets cannot be picked up at Retail Outlets.
